介绍了火工品现行管理体制，提出了加强航天火工品管理的四点建议：（１）加强标准化、系列化工作；（２）加强改革力度，实行平等竞争；（３）加强预研工作，着眼长远利益；（４）加强质量跟踪及质量问题的处理。
Introduced the current management system of pyrotechnics and put forward four suggestions for strengthening the management of aerospace pyrotechnics: (1) Strengthen standardization and serialization; (2) Strengthen reforms and implement equal competition; (3) Strengthen pre-research work Focus on long-term interests; (4) Strengthen quality tracking and quality issues.
