血管球瘤是一种少见的良性肿瘤。据文献报道此种肿瘤的体积很小,少有超过1厘米者。我院收治一例在小腿外侧多发的血管球瘤患者,曾四次手术切除,其直径均在2厘米以上,实属罕见,现摘要报告如下:病历摘要患者男性、36岁、住院号040908,病理号19716。患者13岁时左侧内踝部疼痛且逐渐加重。于1967年在它院手术治疗。病理回报为血管球瘤。术后不久,又因在外踝部位发生严重的触痛区,而两次行手术治疗。 Glomerular tumor is an uncommon benign tumor.
