西南某油气公司页岩气开采油基钻屑样品成分复杂,处理难度大,在对其进行理化指标分析的基础上,采用热化学洗涤法进行基油分离处理。通过正交试验确定除油剂中各药剂对除油效果的影响程度:基油剥离剂>润湿反转剂>渗透剂;最佳加药量:基油剥离剂S的质量浓度为0.5 g/L,润湿反转剂CTAB的质量浓度为150 mg/L,渗透剂OT的质量浓度为50 mg/L。通过单因素实验优化工艺参数,考察了温度、pH、时间、洗涤次数、除油剂与油基钻屑的体积比对油基钻屑除油工艺的影响。结果表明:调节pH在4左右,V(除油剂)∶V(钻屑)为3∶1,洗涤温度为50℃,洗涤时间为1.5 h,基油分离后泥饼石油类物质质量分数低于1%,同时,分离液可循环用于新的油基钻屑稀释,分离效果良好。
The oil-based drill cuttings extracted by shale gas from a certain oil and gas company in Southwest China are complex in composition and difficult to handle.
