以烤烟K326品种为材料,通过大田试验研究氮肥用量和株距对烤烟大田光合作用、干物质积累、产质量的影响。研究结果表明:不同处理间胞间CO2浓度以M2N2(中密中氮)最高,M1N1(低密低氮)最低,且二者差异极显著;净光合速率以M2N2处理最高,M3N3最小。团棵期和现蕾期,株距相同时各处理随着氮肥用量增加,根系干重呈增加趋势,茎则无明显规律,叶干物质积累呈现慢快慢的节奏。同一生育期内叶的干物质积累均高于茎和根,随着生育期的进行,烟叶所占全株比值逐步减小且变化明显,但一直都占50%以上比例。综合考虑产量、质量、产值等因素,得出以处理M2N2效果最好。
With the flue-cured tobacco variety K326 as material, the effect of nitrogen fertilizer rate and spacing on photosynthesis, dry matter accumulation and yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco field was studied through field experiments. The results showed that: the intercellular CO2 concentration in different treatments was the highest with M2N2 (medium to medium nitrogen) and the lowest was M1N1 (low to low nitrogen), and the difference was significant; the net photosynthetic rate was the highest with M2N2 and the lowest with M3N3. During the boll stage and the budding stage, the dry weight of roots increased with the increase of nitrogen application rate when the plant spacing was the same. There was no obvious rule in the stems, and the accumulation of leaf dry matter showed a slow and slow rhythm. The dry matter accumulation of leaves in the same growth period was higher than that in stems and roots. With the growth period, the ratio of whole plant to tobacco decreased gradually and changed obviously, but always accounted for more than 50%. Comprehensive consideration of yield, quality, value and other factors, come to the best treatment of M2N2.
