本届理事会是1999年换届成立的,至今已有5个年头.5年来乘我国改革开放不断深入、扩大的东风,在卫生部和北医党委的领导下,学会工作总体上是一个在开拓中前进,在前进中开拓的发展态势,各方面工作都有了长足的进步,值得我们总结和回顾的主要有下面的几个方面:
