对１２２例接受溶栓治疗的急性心肌梗塞患者进行回顾性分析。根据发病２４小时有无出现心电图Ｔ波倒置将病人分为两组进行对照分析。结果显示：溶栓治疗后早期Ｔ波倒置标志着良好的临床过程，预示着成功而有效的溶栓治疗
A retrospective analysis of 122 patients with thrombolytic therapy of acute myocardial infarction. According to the presence or absence of 24 hours ECG T wave inversion patients were divided into two groups for comparative analysis. The results showed that early T wave inversion after thrombolysis marked a good clinical course, predicting successful and effective thrombolytic therapy
