丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染是导致慢性肝炎、肝硬化和肝细胞癌的重要原因。近年来的研究发现microRNA在肝脏生理和病理过程中扮演着重要角色。miR-122是肝脏表达量最大的microRNA,在维持肝细胞形态,调节胆固醇代谢,促进HCV感染和维持其RNA水平,抑制肝癌细胞增殖等方面起着重要作用,同时microRNA在抗病毒方面表现出巨大的前景。本文就近年来microRNA在HCV感染方面的研究进展进行综述。
Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection is a leading cause of chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma.
