中学物理教师具有较强的全方位的能力素质,是取得物理教育教学成功的重要保证。中学物理教师的全方位综合能力素质可归结为:接受和收集中学物理教育信息的能力、分析和处理中学物理教育信息的能力、反馈和传递中学物理教育信息的能力、组织管理能力、教育科研创新能力等。也就是说对中学物理教师能力要求并不是单一层面的,而是综合能力的体现。具体地说主要有以下几个方面的能力要求:
