Objective To simulate the effects of pushing and pulling on + GZ endurance by using the uniaxial centrifuge and the lower body positive pressure to simulate the push and pull action. Methods Six subjects were challenged with KH-3 anti-Dutch clothing to inflate 300 mm Hg (1mm Hg = 0.133k Pa) for 1 min. The changes of blood pressure (BP) and heart rate (HR) before, during and after orthostatic stress were measured. After measuring the basic endurance in the centrifuge, the anti-service suit was inflated 30 0 mm Hg, centrifuged immediately after deflation for 1 m in, and measured for relaxation G endurance. Results Systolic blood pressure (SBP) was significantly increased in the lower body positive pressure compared with that in the lower body before the positive pressure (P <0.01), and lower in the lower body before and after the positive pressure Significant significance (P <0. 01). Diastolic blood pressure (DBP) in the lower body positive pressure compared with the lower body before the positive pressure were significantly increased (P <0. 01), in the lower body after the positive pressure and lower body pressure was significantly lower (P <0. 01), compared with the lower body before pressure was no significant difference. Mean arterial pressure (MAP) in the lower body positive pressure increased no significant significance, lower pressure in the lower body after a significant reduction (compared with the lower body before the pressure, P <0. 01, and lower body pressure in the phase P <0. 05). Heart rate (HR) decreased significantly in the lower body positive pressure (compared with the lower body before the pressure, P <0. 05), lower body after pressure and the lower body before the pressure was no significant difference. Lower body pressure after the relaxation of all subjects decreased endurance, overall lower body before the positive pressure was (3.33 ± 0.17) G, lower body pressure was (2.63 ± 0.09) G, lower than the body is positive Pre-press reduction was significant (P <0.01). The decrease was (0.71 ± 0.06) G, the highest 1.0G, the lowest 0
