1992年9月9日,笔者在枝江县百里洲乡阮家桥村3组村民鄢志芹家猪圈旁的桑树蔸上采集到一丛重9.2公斤的特大野生平菇。当即用①PDA 培养基;②PDA 加麦芽汁培养基;③玉米砂粒通用型试管培养基(简称YMS)进行组织分离,置底楼室温23～28℃下培养观察。3种培养基均长势良好,YMS7天长满试管,②和①分别为8天和10天长满斜面。后经几度复壮和驯化培育,从而得到百里9299平菇特大菌株纯种,并对其特性进行了试验观察。现将结果简报如下:

The three kinds of culture medium all grew well, YMS7 days full of test tube, ② and ① were 8 days and 10 days covered with beveled. After several times rejuvenation and domestication and breeding, which get Barry 9299 mushroom extra large purebred strains, and its characteristics were observed. The result is now as follows:
