制作三块钢筋混凝土试验板,采用雷达波无损检测技术测试混凝土板的内部状态。对雷达波成像图形进行分析,得出钢筋、孔洞、异物及分层等在雷达波成像图形中的特征并做出识别,研究各种模拟情况的雷达波形特征及规律。结果表明,混凝土板中的钢筋、孔洞、木块、聚苯乙烯泡沫等的雷达波成像图形均为开口向下的反射弧,钢筋对其下部孔洞或异物的反射弧形状有较大影响。研究结果为钢筋混凝土结构内部状态的无损检测和质量评价提供了试验依据。
Production of three reinforced concrete test plate, the use of non-destructive testing of radar wave test the internal state of concrete slab. By analyzing the radar imagery, the characteristics of the radar image, such as reinforcement, hole, foreign matter and stratification are obtained and identified, and the characteristics and regularity of the radar waveform in various simulated situations are studied. The results show that the radar wave patterns of rebars, holes, wood blocks and polystyrene foam in concrete slab are all reflective arcs with downward opening. The rebar has a great influence on the reflecting arc shape of the lower hole or foreign matter. The research results provide experimental basis for nondestructive testing and quality evaluation of the internal state of reinforced concrete structures.
