迄今认为末稍血中没有合成DNA的功能,而工藤秀机等测定了一例急性骨髓性白血病细胞的DNA合成酶系,即胞腺嘧啶核激酶(简称TK)的活性及其同功酶,得到了意外的结果,显示了DNA合成亢进。测定本例急性骨髓性白血病及正常对照末稍血白细胞TK活性的结果表明,正常人的白细胞TK活性甚低,而且同功酶难以分离,而患者的白细胞在A、B两个分布区都明显增高,各约为正常人的280倍及340倍。关于TK同功酶,Taylor等有报导,在胎儿组织及肿瘤组织中有一种不受dcTP影响的同功酶,作者探讨了不同浓度dTTP与dCTP对木例TK活性的影响,结果表明不仅无阻碍,反而使活性增高。
