我厂利用土办法,在不花錢,少花錢,和不用鋼材情况下,利用簡陋工具裝配成功制造小苏打(NaHCO_3)的土設备一套,每月可产小苏打3—5吨。如要增加产量,可适当另裝几套則可。本法投資不到800元,佔据工房面积约30平方公尺(不包括土碱精制部份)。茲將我厂制造小苏打的原理,所需原料与設备,以及制造方法等簡述于下。1.原理NaHCO_3分子量为84,含Na_2O36.90%,CO_252.38%,及H_2O 10.72%。在用氨碱法制造純碱(Na_2CO_3)时,首先生成NaHCO_3的白色结晶,但因含有銨鹽等杂質,不符合药典标准,必需先强热与精制除
