近年来,采用“LB”膜和分子自组装技术在电极表面形成的高度有序的单分子层化学修饰电极,由于能在电极表面建立特定的化学微结构而引起人们的关注.用饱和烷烃巯基化合物通过Au-S键在电极表面形成稳定、高度有序的自组装单分子层已有不少报道.本文研究了不饱和巯基化合物硫酚(TP)在金电极表面自组装形成的单分子层修饰电极(Au/TP)的电化学特性;循环伏安和交流阻抗的研究表明Au/TP表现出和阵列微电极相似的电化学特性;探讨了Au/TP电极在复杂电极反应机理的研究及快速电极反应速率常数的测定等方面的应用.
