目的:探讨使用人工椎体加植骨术治疗脊椎肿瘤。方法:采用改进的人工椎体置换植骨术切除瘤椎治疗11例脊椎肿瘤,包括颈椎4例,胸椎3例、腰椎4例;患骨巨细胞瘤3例,骨成纤维纤维瘤2例,单纯骨囊肿、骨尤文氏肉瘤、骨神经鞘瘤、软骨瘤、骨嗜酸性肉芽肿、骨转移性腺癌各1例。结果:全部病例进行随访,随访时间10个月~7年。经X线摄片检查,人工椎体无1例松动、脱出,上下椎体骨性融合,恢复日常生活工作。结论:人工椎体置换植骨术治疗脊椎原发良恶性肿瘤及椎体单个转移灶不失为一良好替代和重建方法。
Objective: To investigate the use of artificial vertebral body and bone grafting for the treatment of spinal tumors. METHODS: A total of 11 cases of spinal tumors were treated with modified artificial vertebral body replacement and bone graft resection of vertebrae, including 4 cases of cervical vertebrae, 3 cases of thoracic vertebrae and 4 cases of lumbar vertebrae; 3 cases of giant cell tumors of bone, 2 cases of fibrous fibrosarcoma of bone, Simple bone cysts, bone Ewing’s sarcoma, schwannoma, chondroma, bone eosinophilic granuloma, and bone metastatic adenocarcinoma each. Results: All cases were followed up for 10 months to 7 years. After X-ray examination, there was no loosening and prolapse of the artificial vertebral body, and bony fusion of the upper and lower vertebrae restored the daily life. Conclusion: Artificial vertebral body replacement and bone grafting for the treatment of primary benign and malignant spinal tumors and single vertebral metastases is a good alternative and reconstruction method.
