选用钛酸酯偶联剂对纳米氢氧化铝(nano-ATH)进行表面改性,以改善其在低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)中的分散性。研究了表面改性条件对nano-ATH/LDPE复合材料力学性能的影响,利用透射电镜(TEM)和傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)表征了nano-ATH的改性效果。结果表明,在偶联剂用量2.0wt%,改性时间20min,改性温度80℃的条件下,nano-ATH/LDPE复合材料的力学性能最好;改性后nano-ATH的分散性得以有效的改善,其表面确实包覆了偶联剂分子。
Titanate coupling agent was chosen to modify the nano-ATH surface to improve its dispersibility in low density polyethylene (LDPE). The effect of surface modification on the mechanical properties of nano-ATH / LDPE composites was investigated. The modification of nano-ATH was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The results show that nano-ATH / LDPE composites have the best mechanical properties under the conditions of 2.0wt% coupling agent, 20min modification time and 80 ℃ modification temperature. The dispersion of nano-ATH is effective Of the improvement, the surface is indeed coated with coupling agent molecules.
