由于荷载、环境侵蚀等因素的影响,既有桥梁不可避免的存在老化损伤,因此对桥梁结构进行加固维修已变得尤为重要。本文介绍了预应力CFRP板加固技术的设计原理、施工工艺以及预应力CFRP板加固技术在一座已服役30余年的老化损伤简支梁中的应用,并在该桥加固前后进行了荷载试验,通过试验结果对比分析,对加固效果进行了评定。研究结果表明:碳纤维片材加固技术不但提高了桥梁结构的承载能力、改善了桥梁使用性能,而且取得了良好的经济和社会效益。
Due to the influence of load, environmental erosion and other factors, it is inevitable that existing bridges have aging damage. Therefore, it is very important to reinforce and repair the bridge structure. This paper introduces the design principles of prestressed CFRP plate reinforcement technology, construction technology and prestressed CFRP plate reinforcement technology in a service for more than 30 years of aging damage simply supported beams in the reinforcement of the bridge before and after the load test by Comparative test results, the reinforcement effect was assessed. The results show that the carbon fiber sheet reinforcement technology not only improves the carrying capacity of the bridge structure, improves the bridge performance, but also obtains good economic and social benefits.
