目前,对癌及其癌前期病变的诊断和分级主要以病理学家借助光学显微镜观察组织结构和细胞形态的异型性,凭经验作出的诊断为依据,故带有一定的主观性。因此,探索客观的定量诊断方法甚为必要。本实验应用快速、准确、客观的流式细胞光度术(FlowCytometry,FCM)定量分析胃癌及其癌前期病变细胞核DNA含量及其细胞周期各时相分布,探讨胃癌与其癌前期病变的关系,试图应用FCM作为预示癌前期病变发展趋势、胃癌普查中筛选病例及发现早期癌变的辅助工具。材料和方法 1、样品来源:采用我院胃癌研究室1985~1987年胃癌普查中胃镜咬检标本68例,胃癌术后标本59例,共计127例。
At present, the diagnosis and classification of cancer and its precancerous lesions are mainly based on pathologists using light microscopy to observe the abnormality of the tissue structure and cell morphology, and based on empirical diagnosis, it is subjective. Therefore, it is necessary to explore an objective quantitative diagnosis method. In this experiment, rapid, accurate, and objective flow cytometry (FCM) was used to quantitatively analyze the nuclear DNA content and its cell cycle distribution in gastric cancer and its precancerous lesions, and to explore the relationship between gastric cancer and its precancerous lesions. FCM is used as a tool to predict the development of precancerous lesions, screening cases in gastric cancer screening, and early canceration. Materials and Methods 1. Sample source: 68 cases of gastroscopy bite examination in gastric cancer survey from 1985 to 1987 in our hospital’s gastric cancer research department, and 59 cases of postoperative gastric cancer specimens, totaling 127 cases.
