以含硼量为0.6%~0.8%的含硼生铁,作为含硼铸铁中硼元素的填加剂,通过167炉次5000余吨缸套毛坯生产检验,认为是一种新的非常可靠的中间合金,完全适应于气缸套铸造生产。 本文通过对几种硼元素增加剂分析后,论述了硼生铁加入方法及气缸套生产过程的检测结果,并着重论述了与目前行业应用较广的以硼矿石为填加剂工艺方案对比的优越性,从而得出含硼生铁是一种非常理想硼铸铁的硼元素填加剂,是很大开发意义的一种新型铸铁材料。
