目的 探讨产妇产前喂奶体位模拟训练及产后母乳喂养指导提高剖宫产产妇母乳喂养成功率的效果.方法 将产妇按入院单双日分为对照组、试验组各100例.对照组产妇进行常规护理,即产前进行口头母乳喂养宣教,产后指导早吸吮、勤吸吮并给于哺乳方法、含接姿势及哺乳体位的指导;试验组除上述方法外,产妇产前接受8 h的喂奶体位的模拟训练,产后2 h由专业护士进行母乳喂养的技术指导.结果 产后第2、3天试验组母亲泌乳量及纯母乳喂养率均高于对照组,P
