从教以来,通过认真学习新课标,积极地进行教学实践,认真反思教学行为,逐渐摸索出教学方法,总结出教学经验,从而具备了基本的教学能力。这一年中,精心准备过很多堂课,其中也有很多体会,感受最深的是一堂好课必须由一个好问题串起来,并且其他的小问题都是围绕这个问题展开讨论。事例如下:讲公开课梁实秋的《猫的故事》时,以作者的感情线索贯穿全文,从讨厌、憎恶、痛恨到喜欢,到最后的遗憾,作者采用欲扬先抑
