目的:探讨自动板层角膜成形联合准分子激光角膜切削术(automated lamellar ker-atoplasty combined with excimer laser keratectomy,ALK-E)治疗近视的疗效。方法:用自动板层微型角膜刀和 KERATOM-F 准分子激光机对85例(167只眼)行 ALK-E 手术并对手术患者进行术后一天、一个月、三个月的视力观察。结果:术前屈光度-5.75 D 以下的术后三个月94.59%达到术前矫正视力;术前屈光度-14.75 D 以下的术后三个月77.6%达到术前矫正视力;术前屈光度-30.00 D 以下的术后三个月66.67%达到术前矫正视力。结论:ALK-E 治疗近视的近期疗效比较满意,较准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术相比较,有其独特的优点,手术技术及远期疗效尚有待进一步研究。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of automated lamellar keratoplasty combined with excimer laser keratectomy (ALK-E) in the treatment of myopia. Methods: Eighty-seven eyes (167 eyes) underwent ALK-E surgery with automatic plate microkeratome and KERATOM-F excimer laser and the patients were operated on for one day, one month and three months after operation. Results: Preoperative corrected visual acuity was achieved in 94.59% of the three months postoperatively under -5.75 D preoperative; 77.6% of the preoperative anterior refractive power below -14.75 D reached preoperative corrected visual acuity; preoperative refractive power -30.00 D The following 66.67% three months after surgery to achieve preoperative corrected visual acuity. Conclusion: The short-term curative effect of ALK-E in treating myopia is satisfactory. Compared with excimer laser refractive keratectomy, ALK-E has its unique advantages. The surgical technique and long-term therapeutic effect still need further study.
