鉴于小动物实验的需要,笔者研制成小型心导管电极。该电极适用由兔、猫、豚鼠等多 种动物,即可记录心腔内心电图、希氏束电图,又可作心腔内起搏用。 小型心导管电极包括导管、电极和外接端三部分。外径1～1.5mm、长20cm的聚乙烯管内穿2～6根漆包线构成导管部分;在导管的尖端,由2～6根细不锈钢丝以一定间距,在聚乙烯管外缠绕3～5圈构成电极,不锈钢丝穿过管壁与管内的漆包线焊按;在导管的另一端,将漆包线焊接在小铜片上作为外接端;导管的尖端经适当处理使之封闭和光滑以便于插入血管。根据所用动物的大小以及实验的具体要求,可设计和制作在电极的极数、电极宽度、电极间距、导管外经、长度和硬度等多方面适用的心导管电极。
