中小学教师是基础教育健康发展的基石。中小学教师专业化发展影响着中小学教育教学效率与质量。文章通过查阅文献、观察与归纳分析,从新课标对中小学教师专业化发展的新要求出发,从教师专业知识结构、科层管理体制、专业道德意识、专业发展所需资源等方面对现阶段中小学教师专业化发展中的突出问题进行分析,在此基础上结合中小学教师专业化发展的实际需要,从反思性角度提出了重构教师教育模式、创新教师管理体制等促进教师专业化发展的方式,以期为中小学教师专业化发展提供新的研究视角。
Primary and secondary school teachers are the cornerstone of the healthy development of basic education. The professional development of primary and secondary school teachers affects the efficiency and quality of primary and secondary education. By consulting the literature, observing and inductive analysis, the article starts from the new requirements of the new curriculum standard for primary and secondary school teachers ’professional development, from the aspects of teachers’ professional knowledge structure, bureaucratic management system, professional ethics awareness and resources needed for professional development Based on the analysis of the outstanding problems in the specialization of primary and secondary school teachers in the primary and secondary schools, based on the actual needs of primary and secondary school teachers ’professional development, this paper proposes the ways to reconstruct the teacher education model, innovate the teacher management system and promote teachers’ professionalization Development, in order to provide a new perspective for the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers.
