本文从单颗水滴的降尘效率入手,对喷雾器雾化性能的主要参数进行了研究,指出测定这些参数的测试设备、测试方法、计算公式及计算机程序。并对我国制造和引进的一些采煤机所使用的喷雾器进行了测试,认为国产PZ型喷雾器可推广使用。引进的(英)AM-500型采煤机内、外喷雾用的喷雾器和西德采煤机上使用的喷雾器值得研究仿制。根据喷雾器雾化性能参数以及采煤机喷雾降尘系统工作参数与降尘效率的关系、采场环境控制原则,提出了采煤机款雾降尘系统参数控制方程。阐述了采煤机吨煤供水率的概念和深入研究的必要性。
In this paper, the main parameters of atomizer atomization performance are studied from the single droplet dust reduction efficiency. The test equipment, test method, calculation formula and computer program for measuring these parameters are pointed out. And some of the coal mills made and imported in our country have been tested with the sprayer, and the domestic PZ sprayer can be widely used. Incoming (UK) AM-500 shearers, sprayers for external spray and atomizers used on West Shearer merited a study of imitation. According to the atomizer performance parameters and the relationship between working parameters of dust-reducing system and dust-reducing efficiency and the control principle of stope environment, a parameter governing equation of dust-reducing system for coal-mining machine was put forward. The concept of coal water supply per ton of coal and the necessity of further research are expounded.
