安徽又简称皖,位于华东的西北部,地跨长江、淮河。平原丘陵相间的地形,淮河南北不问的气候,南北方过渡性的物产形成了一方独特的饮食习惯。安徽食俗纯朴,菜品口味颇具特色,犹如黄山胜地,自然之中显奇绝。本期我们特地请来了北京安徽大厦餐饮部的厨师马祥宏,教您做几款地方特色突出的安徽风味菜。几款菜品,做工细不失其“拙”形,调味精蕴含其“朴”质,尽可让您一领皖乡“土菜”风情。
Anhui, also referred to as Anhui, is located in the northwestern part of East China and crosses the Yangtze River and the Huaihe River. Plains hilly and white terrain, north and south of the Huaihe not climate, the transitional north-south property has formed a party’s unique diet. Anhui simple food, dishes taste quite distinctive, like the Huangshan resort, the natural must be amazing. In this issue, we specially invited Chef Ma Xianghong from the catering department of Anhui Building in Beijing to teach you several Anhui-style dishes with prominent local features.
