根据国家制定的《农村卫生服务体系建设与发展规划》,到2010年要实现“满足农民群众人人享有初级卫生保健服务需求”的目标。各级政府将通过加大投入、改革管理体制和运行机制,改善农村卫生服务条件,提高农村卫生服务能力,与同步推进新型农村合作医疗制度相结合,让广大衣民享有安全、有效、方便、价廉的医疗卫生服务,预防控制农村地区重大疾病,提高农民健康水平,防止农民“因病致贫、因病返贫”。期望本专题的推出能对我国农村卫生服务体系的建设与发展起到促进作用。
