本文提出了用频闪全息法诊断机械结构动态特性的新技术,并研制了频闪全息系统.用这个系统进行频闪全息照相,可以获得作正弦振动的机械结构的任意瞬态振型;用一系列不同频率的瞬态全息图和一般的模态分析方法,经计算机处理后,可获得机械结构的模态参数;并利用瞬态振型图可确定结构的薄弱环节.本文的实验工作是用一支50mW 选模氦氖激光器,在车间地面上测试一台精密仪表车床的动态特性.实验获得了初步的成功.
In this paper, we propose a new technique to diagnose the dynamic characteristics of mechanical structure by using stroboscopic holography, and develop a stroboscopic holographic system. By using this system for stroboscopic holography, any transient mode of mechanical structure can be obtained with sinusoidal vibration. A series of transient holograms and general modal analysis methods with different frequencies can obtain the modal parameters of the mechanical structure after being processed by the computer. The transient modes can be used to determine the weaknesses of the structure. The experimental work in this paper is The dynamics of a precision gauge lathe were tested on the workshop floor with a 50 mW DME He-Ne laser, and the initial success was obtained.
