血栓性血小板减少性紫癜(TTP)为少见的出血性疾病,预后凶险,死亡率在50%以上。我院近日发现1例,现报告如下。患者栾某,女,40岁。1989年11月18日入院,主诉:3个月前开始经期长、流血量多,随后四肢发现出血点,近日又有呕血、便血。门诊以血小板减少性紫癜介绍入院。体检:贫血外观,皮肤可见多量出血点,下肢水肿明显。T37.6℃、P100次/min、R18次/ Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) is a rare hemorrhagic disease with a dangerous prognosis with a mortality rate of over 50%.
