为了提高新产品设计水平,我们编制了具有颤振约束的结构优化计算程序。主要内容包括:柔度系数插值、自振计算、非定常气动力计算、颤振方程求解和优化准则。在计算方法上,本程序作了如下改进:自振计算采用L_R型方法;对非定常气动力计算中与型态有关的部分采用预先存储的办法;颤振计算采用零阻尼插值等。从而大大地提高了本程序的计算速度。在709计算机上,利用本程序计算一个颤振点,仅需4分钟。我们用本程序对某产品进行了试算,结果表明,本程序是可靠的。
In order to improve the level of new product design, we have compiled a structural optimization program with flutter constraints. The main contents include: flexibility coefficient interpolation, self-vibration calculation, unsteady aerodynamic calculation, flutter equation solving and optimization criteria. In the calculation method, the program made the following improvements: the self-vibration calculation using L_R type method; for unsteady aerodynamic calculation of the type of part of the pre-stored method; flutter calculation using zero damping interpolation. Thus greatly improving the calculation speed of the program. In the 709 computer, the use of this program to calculate a chatter point, just 4 minutes. We use this program for a product trial, the results show that this program is reliable.
