作文无序,是中小学语文教学中一个长期未能解决的问题。要求作文有序,是广大中小学语文教师共同的呼声。涟源地区教育局编写的这个《中小学作文系统训练方案》,就是应广大中小学语文教师的要求而编写的。为编写这一方案,涟源地区教育局曾组织专门人员赴外地学习调查,在邵东县佘田桥学校进行试验,然后集中有关同志进行编写。本刊编辑部亦参与讨论、修改、并最后定稿。我们认为,这个方案基本上符合部颁中小学语文教学大纲精神,与目前使用的教材是紧密结合的,也充分考虑了教师和学生的实际水平,因而具有一定的系统性、科学性和适用性。囿于水平,这个“草案”尚未尽如人意。我们热诚地希望广大中小学语文教师提出修改意见。本刊从第八期起连载此方案。预计四期发完。
Disorderly composition is a long-term problem that can not be solved in Chinese teaching in primary and secondary schools. Requiring an orderly composition, is the common voice of the majority of primary and secondary school language teachers. Lianyuan District Board of Education prepared this “primary and secondary essay writing system training program”, that is, the majority of primary and secondary language teachers should be prepared. To prepare this program, Lianyuan District Education Bureau has organized specialists to study and investigate in the field, Shetian Bridge School in Shaodong County to conduct experiments, and then focus on the preparation of comrades. Our editorial department also participated in the discussion, revision, and finalized. In our opinion, this program basically conforms to the spirit of the ministry's primary and middle school Chinese syllabus and is closely integrated with the teaching materials currently in use. It also takes into full consideration the actual level of teachers and students and thus has a certain degree of systematicness, scientificity and applicability . At the same level, this “draft” has not met its expectations. We sincerely hope that the majority of primary and secondary school language teachers proposed amendments.
