目的观察丝裂霉素C在青光眼滤过术中的应用效果。方法将青光眼施行小梁切除术46只眼随机分为观察组及对照组各23只眼。观察组用含有02mg/ml浓度丝裂霉素C棉片,在巩膜瓣下及Tenom’s囊下贴敷5min。对照组按常规手术方法。结果术后随访3~28个月,观察组术后眼压控制率在91%,功能性滤过泡占91%。对照组术后眼压控制率为57%,功能性滤过泡占52%。经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<001)。结论丝裂霉素C能明显抑制球结膜下成纤维细胞的增生,促进滤过泡的形成,提高手术成功率。
Objective To observe the effect of mitomycin C in glaucoma filtration surgery. Methods 46 eyes of trabeculectomy under glaucoma were randomly divided into observation group (23 eyes) and control group (23 eyes). The observation group was treated with mitomycin C cotton at a concentration of 0.2 mg / ml and sutured under the scleral flap and under the Tenom’s capsule for 5 min. Control group according to conventional surgical methods. Results The patients were followed up for 3 to 28 months. The intraocular pressure (IOP) control rate in the observation group was 91% and functional filtration bleb was 91%. The control group postoperative intraocular pressure control rate was 57%, functional filtration bleb accounted for 52%. Statistically significant difference (P <0 01). Conclusion Mitomycin C can significantly inhibit the proliferation of subconjunctival fibroblasts, promote the formation of filtration bleb and improve the success rate of surgery.
