通过模拟焊接热循环对P91钢焊接热影响区 (HAZ)的组织和韧性进行了探讨 ,试验结果表明 ,随着峰值温度的提高 ,热影响区的冲击韧性下降 ,断口形貌从韧窝状转变为准解理状 ,多次焊接热循环可以改善粗晶区的韧性。
The microstructure and toughness of welded heat affected zone (HAZ) of P91 steel were simulated by simulating welding heat cycle. The experimental results show that with the increase of peak temperature, the impact toughness of HAZ decreases and the fracture morphology changes from ductile Quasi-solution to shape, multiple welding heat cycle can improve the toughness of the coarse-grained region.
