随着人事制度的改革,人事档案在干部选拔、使用及各项建设事业中发挥了重要的作用。加强人事档案管理是各级组织部门的重要职责,档案管理水平越高,这一职责在人事档案管理实践中就越显得突出。为此,进一步加快人事档案工作的制度化、规范化、科学化进程,也越来越受到组织人事部门的重视。那么,在人事档案管理实践中,应如何加强管理,使管理具有较强的实用性、科学性、先进性呢?笔者结合工作实际,谈一些粗浅看法。
With the reform of the personnel system, personnel files have played an important role in the selection and use of cadres and in various construction undertakings. Strengthening file management of personnel is an important responsibility of organizational departments at all levels. The higher the level of file management, the more prominent this responsibility is in the personnel file management practice. To this end, further accelerating the institutionalization, standardization and scientific progress of personnel files has also been attaching more and more importance to the organization and personnel departments. So, in the practice of personnel files management, how to strengthen management, so that management has strong practicality, scientific, advanced? The author combined with the actual work, to talk about some superficial views.
