几年来,我们用大蒜浸出液治疗猪的感冒、流行性感冒、肺炎等,收到了较好的效果(见表)。 一、制作方法 将大蒜去皮,放在缸内捣碎。然后倒入蒸馏水,使水刚好浸没蒜为止。在室温条件下,浸泡3—5分钟后,即用纱布包好碎蒜,挤压出蒜汁,即可使用。为确保疗效,浸泡时间不宜过长;同时注意不得用温热水浸泡。大蒜浸出液不适于长期保存,必须现制现用。用紫皮蒜制作的浸出液比用白皮蒜制作的浸出液疗效好。用春夏受热或发芽的大蒜制作的浸出液,其疗效往往不够理想。
