党的十五大,把邓小平理论正式写在党的章程上,为全党学习和运用邓小平理论树立了光辉的典范。在思想上和工作中,牢固确立邓小平理论的指导地位,认真解决地方民族经济和社会发展中的实际问题,这是我们的神圣使命。临夏回族自治州属少数民族贫困地区,现实的生产力水平很低,商品经济不发达,尚处于社会主义初级阶段的低层次。在这种情况下,光眼红别人的发展不行;需要从实际出发,看好自己的优势,探索多种经济成份的有效实现形式才是硬道理。
The 15th CPC National Congress formally wrote Deng Xiaoping Theory on the party’s constitution and set a brilliant example for the entire party to study and use Deng Xiaoping Theory. In our thinking and work, it is our sacred mission to firmly establish the guiding position of Deng Xiaoping Theory and conscientiously solve the practical problems in the economic and social development of local ethnic groups. Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture belongs to the poverty-stricken ethnic minority areas. The actual productivity level is very low and the commodity economy is underdeveloped. It is still at a low level in the primary stage of socialism. Under such circumstances, the development of others may not be successful. It is necessary to take a realistic approach, take a good look at our own advantages, and explore effective forms of various economic components.
