当归补血汤主要活性成分与其理化参数的关系研究

目的:研究当归补血汤主要活性成分与其理化参数的关系,探索利用理化参数来表征中药汤剂质量的可行性。方法:以当归补血汤中的主要活性成分阿魏酸和黄芪甲苷为溶质,分别配成不同成分种类、浓度和比例的水溶液,测定其在25℃时的表面张力、pH和电导率等理化参数,并进行多项式回归分析。结果:随着阿魏酸浓度增大,阿魏酸水溶液的pH降低、电导率增大;随着黄芪甲苷浓度增大,黄芪甲苷水溶液的表面张力降低;在阿魏酸与黄芪甲苷配伍的溶液中,影响pH和电导率的主导成分是阿魏酸,影响表面张力的主导成分是黄芪甲苷。结论:黄芪甲苷与当归补血汤主要活性成分体系的表面张力相关性显著,与pH和电导率基本不相关,而阿魏酸与pH和电导率相关性显著,与表面张力基本不相关,且各自的抗干扰力强,基本不会随着另外一种物质的加入而发生变化,初步表明可以用上述特征参数来表征体系的质量。 Objective: To study the relationship between the main active ingredients of Danggui Buxue Decoction and its physical and chemical parameters, and to explore the feasibility of using physical and chemical parameters to characterize the quality of Chinese herbal decoction. Methods: The main active components of Danggui Buxue Decoction were ferulic acid and astragaloside IV as solute, and the aqueous solutions with different composition, concentration and ratio were prepared respectively. The surface tension, pH and conductivity of the aqueous solution at 25°C were determined. Parameters, and polynomial regression analysis. Results: With the increase of ferulic acid concentration, the pH of aqueous ferulic acid solution decreased and the electrical conductivity increased. With the increase of astragaloside concentration, the surface tension of astragaloside IV aqueous solution decreased; and ferulic acid and astragaloside IV were observed. In the compatible solution, the dominant component that affects pH and conductivity is ferulic acid, and the dominant component that affects surface tension is astragaloside. Conclusion: Astragaloside and Dangguibuxue Decoction have significant correlations with the surface tension of the main active components, and they are basically not related to pH and electrical conductivity. Ferulic acid has a significant correlation with pH and electrical conductivity, and has no correlation with surface tension. The respective anti-interference ability is strong, basically does not change along with the addition of another kind of substance, and preliminary shows that the above characteristic parameters can be used to characterize the quality of the system.
