伏尔加汽车厂用磨料工具和金刚石工具加工汽车零件的比重约占机械加工工序的40％:其加工特征是被加工零件的精度和表面光洁度较高。在自动化大量生产条件下,为提高加工质量,可广泛采用金刚石修整工具,改进修整工具的结构和拟定新的修整方案来保证。金刚石修整工具的名称不同,计有150多种。
