用热重分析和X射线衍射对草酸盐共沉淀法制备SrTiO3超细粉过程中的共沉淀产物草酸氧钛锶的分解过程进行了分析,并用常用非等温动力学方程对SrTiO(C2O4)2分解形成SrCO3和TiO2的实验数据进行了拟合和分析,结果表明:SrTiO(C2O4)2分解形成SrCO3和TiO2的反应控制步骤为反应级数间于1/2和2/3之间的界面化学反应,反应速率可以用dα/dt=8.4×1016exp(-81000/8.314·T(1-α)1/2~2/3来定量描述。
The decomposition process of coprecipitated product of titanyl oxalate in the process of preparing SrTiO3 ultrafine powder by thermogravimetric analysis and X-ray diffraction was analyzed. The common non-isothermal kinetic equation was used to study the decomposition of SrTiO (C2O4) 2 The results show that the reaction of SrTiO (C2O4) 2 to form SrCO3 and TiO2 is controlled by the interfacial chemistry between 1/2 and 2/3 of the reaction order The reaction rate can be quantitatively described as dα / dt = 8.4 × 10 16 exp (-81000 / 8.314 · T (1-α) 1/2 to 2/3.
