本文以水煎出率及炮制品收得率为指标,用正交设计法对盐杜仲炮制工艺中不同因素进行实验考察。杜仲断丝并不能提高杜仲总成分的溶出量,断丝的煎出率低于未断丝的煎山率;炮制杜仲以0.5cm宽的横丝切制形式最有利于总成分的溶出;加盐量及加盐方式也影响杜仲总成分的溶出量,加盐量以2/100,加盐方式以“先润”为好。
In this paper, the factors of decoction rate and the rate of collection of processed products were used to make an experimental investigation of different factors in the process of processing of Saussurea ulmoides using orthogonal design method. Duzhong broken filaments can not increase the dissolution amount of the total components of Eucommia, and the decocting rate of broken filaments is lower than the rate of decapitation of unbroken filaments; processing of Duzhong with a width of 0.5 cm wide is the best for the dissolution of the total components; The amount of salt and the method of adding salt also affect the amount of dissolution of the total components of Eucommia, and the amount of salt added is 2/100.
