中国有色金属工业总公司长沙公司以中色长安环发(1996)第05号文《关于接尘人员必须使用防尘口罩的通知》指出,国务院于1987年《中华人民共和回尘肺病防治条例》第十二条中规定“职工使用的防止粉尘危害的防护用品,必须符合国家标准”,在通知中介绍了XY4型防尘防酸口罩。该型口罩具有防护效率高、呼吸阻力低、结构简便、滤料可以更换、价格低廉(同纱布口罩比较,每年可节约20％以上费用)等特点,要求企业推广使用,并提出三点要求: (1)各企业领导应提高对防尘工作的认
