心房顿抑是心房颤动转复窦性心律后出现的左心房和左心耳机械功能暂时性的失调,是复律后心房心耳内血栓形成的重要机制。如何有效地防治心房顿抑是心房颤动的研究热点。现就心房顿抑发生机制和治疗的研究进展作一综述。
Atrial fibrillation is a temporary disturbance of mechanical function of the left atrial appendage and left atrial appendage after atrial fibrillation is reversed and is an important mechanism of thrombus formation in the atrial appendage after cardioversion. How to effectively prevent and treat atrial fibrillation is the research hotspot of atrial fibrillation. Now the mechanism and treatment of atrial fibrillation research progress is reviewed.
