本文以三点或四点接触的两半圈轴承为例,从工艺及轴承结构参数角度就影响接触角变化的诸因素作一分析,指出,在诸因素中,影响接触角最大的因素是套圈高度尺寸容差及沟曲率中心横坐标容差,沟曲率半径容差次之,钢球直径容差影响最小。而在装配时,钢球与两半套圈沟道实际接触点的位置(尺寸)是造成返工试配的主要原因。作者提出应对产品设计标准中所规定的套圈高度尺寸容差和沟曲率中心横座标容差进行修正。附图6幅,表5个。
