The standard and quality of party members are both an important part of party building and the urgent need of a clear answer in theory in the realities of political life. Composed by Comrades Li Guoliang and other writers, Heilongjiang People’s Publishing House published “on the standards and qualities of party members,” a book, which conducted a comprehensive, systematic and profound exposition. As one of the key projects in the “Seventh Five-year Plan” of social sciences in Heilongjiang Province, the publication of this monograph is undoubtedly of great significance both for deepening the theory of party building and for guiding party building.
