学习型组织和组织绩效关系之间存在着密切的关系,为了对二者之间的关系进行明确,推进相关的工作,工作人员主要采用问卷调查的方式来进行研究,在总有的796张问卷调查中可以看出,学习型组织可以促进组织绩效的实现。对组织绩效进行分析的过程中,主要采用的是平衡计分卡方式。通过调查研究,主要体现出平衡计分卡四维度之间的因果关系。在学习型组织中,存在着一定的个体学习、系统思考维度等绩效问题。在实践中,主要起到正向作用。主要对学习型组织和组织绩效或自荐的关系问题进行分析。
