我们江西省抚州地区是个老区,辖11个县(市),350万人口,12万多名党员。自1984年办刊授党校分校以来,全地区先后有9000多名基层党员和干部参加了理论班的学习。最近两年,我们加大了宣传力度,参加学习的基层党员、干部越来越多,现在在校学员已达7521人,仅在第七届班的4689人中,就有15名县级领导干部,1105名科级干部,2426名党员。刊授党校在我们地区的党员教育和干部培训工作中发挥了一定的作用。随着学员的增多,如何加强管理、保证教学质量就成了我们面临的首要问题。我们按照“从严治校”的方针,从抓管理入手,一级抓一级,教学质量有了明显提高。建立各项制度,严格教学管理抓好教学管理,是办好刊授党校的关键。学校不仅是传播知识的场所,也是培养合格人才的熔炉。我们在办学过程中,坚持科学管理,从严要求。首先,制定各项规章制度,实行规范化管理。为了搞好刊授党校的教学管理工作,我们借鉴外省及本省兄弟地市的办学经验,结合本地区实际,制定了《教学管理暂行规定》,分发至各分校和直属班实施。整个教学工作形成了由分学区、分校(直属
Our district of Fuzhou in Jiangxi Province is an old district, jurisdiction over 11 counties (cities), 3.5 million population, more than 120,000 members.
