应用微机版SAP5/LISA结构分析程序中的主从节点、梁、板壳、三维块体、罚单元和边界弹簧单元 ,对F130 0型三缸泵机架的固有特性进行了分析计算 ,获得了机架最小几阶模态频率和模态振型。通过振型分析发现 ,机架结构只是泵头和泵尾开口部位刚度偏弱 ,而泵中部和内部则刚度冗余。修改后的机架结构整体刚度均匀、合理 ,薄弱环节的刚度得到加强 ,为老产品的技术改造 ,降低成本奠定了基础。
The inherent characteristics of the F130 0 three-cylinder pump frame are analyzed and calculated by using master-slave node, beam, plate shell, 3D block, penalty element and boundary spring element in the structural analysis program of SAP5 / LISA. The minimum frame frequency and modal vibration mode. Through the analysis of mode shapes, it is found that the rigidity of the frame structure is only weak at the pump head and the tail opening of the pump, while the stiffness at the middle and the interior of the pump is rigid. The overall stiffness of the modified rack structure is uniform and reasonable, and the rigidity of the weak links is strengthened, laying a foundation for the technological transformation of old products and lowering the cost.
