本实验观察了大负荷运动训练和益气活血中药对血清磷酸葡萄糖异构酶(PGI)活性的影响,结果表明:一堂大负荷专项技术课后即刻测定值较训练前安静值血清PGI活性明显增高,差异非常显著(P<001),次晨安静值仍未恢复;服药10天后,一堂大负荷训练课后与训练前自身对比:血清PGI活性服药组增高不明显(P>005),对照组仍有明显增高(P<005);服药组与对照组之间相比较,训练后服药组血清PGI活性明显低于对照组(P<005)。提示大负荷运动训练可引起血清PGI酶活性增高,益气活血中药有阻抑运动所致血清PGI酶活性升高的作用
