采用5个玉米品种材料,设置9个密度梯度,分别测定各密度处理下的单株产量和茎秆外皮穿刺强度,比较不同品种的耐密性。结果表明,各品种的单株生产力(单株穗粒干重)随密度的逐渐增大均呈二次曲线的变化规律,且拟合度均达0.932 4以上;多密度处理下的玉米单株产量偏高,但随密度的变化趋势和常规小区保持一致,能准确检测玉米品种耐密性大小;玉米各品种的第3节茎秆外皮穿刺强度均表现为随密度增加而逐渐下降,超试1号的穿刺强度在各密度下明显高于其他品种,郑单958随密度变化不大。耐密性筛选结果表明,超试1号、郑单958的耐密性明显优于中单808、京科518;中试839的耐密性适中。
Five varieties of maize were used to set up nine density gradients. The yield per plant and the puncture strength of stems were measured under different densities respectively. The density of different varieties was compared. The results showed that the yield per plant (dry weight per plant per plant) showed a quadratic curve with the density increasing, and the fitting degree was above 0.9324. Under the conditions of multi-density treatment, But with the trend of density being in accordance with that of conventional plot, the density of maize varieties can be accurately detected. The puncture strength of the third layer of corn stalk in each variety of maize showed a gradual decrease as the density increased, The puncture strength of No. 1 was significantly higher than that of other varieties at each density, and the density of Zhengdan 958 changed little. Tightness screening results show that the super test No. 1, Zheng Dan 958 was significantly better than the density of single 808, Beijing Branch 518; Pilot 839 density is moderate.
