目的寻找一种经济、实用、有效、合适的引流瓶清洗消毒方法。方法把使用后引流瓶分3组,实验A组由消毒供应中心用含氯消毒液浸泡30 min,实验B组由消毒供应中心用酸化水浸泡5 min,对照组由各病房分散处理,比较三种引流瓶处理方法的清洗质量。结果实验A组、实验B组和对照组清洗质量目测合格率分别为96.7%、97%、56.1%,抽查消毒质量合格率分别为100%、100%和66.7%,实验组和对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论引流瓶由供应中心集中式处理,既能保证清洗质量,还能减少消毒液的用量,节省时间,而酸化水处理更能减少环境污染和对人体的伤害,同时能提高单位时间内浸泡引流瓶的数量。
Objective To find an economical, practical, effective and suitable method for cleaning and disinfecting the drained bottle. Methods After use, the drainage bottles were divided into three groups.
